“Late one night when I was painting, I went down to the cellar for more wine when this poked its head into the gaping hole in the lower stone wall. It looked at me and spat out what appeared to be the remains of a human leg. I am guessing it was some sort of offering, but I dare not not understand why. After giving a deep, gargled chuckle, it disappeared back from where it came. I haven’t seen it since.“
